4. Do you offer COD (Cash on Delivery)?
Yes! We offer Cash on Delivery across Pakistan for your convenience.

Orders are typically processed within 24–48 hours and delivered within 3–5 business days, depending on your location.
6. What is your return or exchange policy?
Due to the nature of skincare products, we do not accept returns once the product is opened or used. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours and we’ll make it right.
7. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we are only shipping within Pakistan. International shipping will be available soon.
8. Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
If your order hasn’t been processed yet, you can request a change or cancellation by contacting us immediately. Once shipped, we cannot make any changes.
